Sustainability Progress Report 2025: Progressing Sustainability Through Science

At THOR, ingenuity has always been part of who we are. It's what drives us to ask better questions, solve difficult problems, and find new ways to help customers create products that perform better, last longer, and contribute to a more sustainable world.

Today, we're pleased to publish our Sustainability Progress Report 2025, sharing the progress we've made across our Planet, People, Products and Governance pillars. For the first time, the report has been prepared in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards.

A Year of Delivery

During 2025, we transformed plans into practical action across our global business. Some of our highlights include:

• Achieving EcoVadis Gold and being recognised among the top 5% of companies assessed globally.

• Completing our first Group-wide decarbonisation roadmap and site-level plans to help guide our climate journey.

• Reducing Scope 3 emissions by 8.5% compared with 2024.

• Procuring more than 22,400 MWh of renewable electricity, representing 55% of electricity consumption and generating over 1,440 MWh of renewable power through onsite solar installations.

• Reducing workplace accidents by 45% while achieving ISO 45001 certification across all major manufacturing sites.

• Completing Product Carbon Footprints for 75% of product volume at our largest manufacturing facility.

• ESG risk-ranking 100% of suppliers within our top 25% spend category.

Small Ingredients. Bigger Impact.

Most people won't think of THOR when they pick up a tin of paint, apply a skin cream, clean a kitchen surface, or walk through a building protected by our technologies.

But our chemistry is often there, helping products last longer, perform better, and reduce waste.

Sustainability at THOR isn't something separate from our business. It's an extension of what we've been doing for more than 65 years: solving challenges through science, ingenuity, and responsible innovation. And we're only just getting started!
