Overview

Acticide® MV provides exceptional antimicrobial properties to a wide range of aqueous-based raw materials, intermediates and end-use products.

The active ingredients, reaction mass of 5-Chloro-2-methyl-1,2-thiazol-3(2H)-one (CIT) & 2-Methyl-1,2-thiazol-3(2H)-one (MIT) 3:1, are stable in acidic to low alkaline products and have no efficacy gaps against common industrial spoilage organisms. The unique stabilising system is based on monovalent salts.
