Overview

Acticide® 14 provides exceptional antimicrobial properties to a wide range of water-based raw materials, intermediates and end-use products. It is also used for water-treatment applications. 

The active ingredient, reaction mass of 5-Chloro-2-methyl-1,2-thiazol-3(2H)-one (CIT) & 2-Methyl-1,2-thiazol-3(2H)-one (MIT) 3:1, are stable in acidic to low alkaline products and have no efficacy gaps against common industrial spoilage organisms.
