Overview

ACTICIDE® HF is a trusted, broad-spectrum biocide with a proven track record of protecting water-based formulations against bacteria, moulds, and yeasts. Based on well-established and reliable technology, it combines a reaction mass of 5-Chloro-2-methyl-1,2-thiazol-3(2H)-one and 2-Methyl-1,2-thiazol-3(2H)-one (CIT/MIT) with formaldehyde to ensure product stability, safety, and extended shelf life.

Designed for performance under demanding conditions, ACTICIDE® HF remains effective across a wide range of temperatures and pH levels. It is fully water-soluble and compatible with lower alcohols and glycols, allowing seamless integration into applications such as paints, coatings, adhesives, sealants, and metalworking fluids.
