THOR Group Achieves Gold EcoVadis Rating

THOR Group is proud to announce that we have been awarded a Gold EcoVadis sustainability rating, placing the company in the top 5% of registered companies globally.

For over 65 years THOR’s technically advanced formulations have been quietly improving the way we live. From personal care ingredients and disinfectant chemicals, to biocides and flame retardants, we find inspiration from our customers and their product challenges, driven to find better ways to do things.

Sustainability is at the heart of our business. Earlier this year, we reaffirmed this commitment with the publication of our first ever Sustainability Report, and today we are delighted to announce that we have gained a Gold EcoVadis certification.

In addition to our new Sustainability Strategy and Report, we have introduced new Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) policies, launched an ESG Performance Reporting Dashboard, and implemented supplier ESG reviews. Each of these initiatives strengthen our ability to deliver on our sustainability goals.

Across our 19 companies worldwide, we remain focused on our sustainability initiatives, in line with the targets set out in the Sustainability Report, and for the benefit of our customers, our communities and the planet.
