Overview
Aflammit® PLF 822 is a liquid, water-free flame retardant, mainly used in rigid PU foams, epoxy systems and versatile coatings. It offers good thermal stability and hydrolysis resistance.
Due to its low viscosity the Aflammit® PLF 822 can be processed on conventional foam units. It can even be used as viscosity reductive component in a blend of various flame retardants and it tends to show a strong plasticising effect.
