Algol Chemicals To Distribute THOR Solutions in Finland and Baltic Region

THOR UK is pleased to announce that Algol Chemicals will take over distribution of THOR products across Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania effective from 1 May 2026, and across Finland effective from 1 June 2026. The agreement will see Algol Chemicals take over from THOR’s previous distributors in the regions, Strömberg-Baltica and S O Strömberg.

The inclusion of THOR’s speciality chemistry will expand Algol Chemicals’ existing product portfolio to include THOR’s Acticide® biocides and disinfection products, as well as its Microcare® personal care ingredients.

Customers within Finland and the Baltic countries will be able to benefit from THOR’s industry-leading chemistry. For over 65 years, THOR has innovated to create higher-performing, longer-lasting solutions for customers spanning a vast range of industries. From paints and coatings, polymers, and material protection, to institutional hygiene and sanitisation, to skin and hair care and toiletries, THOR has allowed customers to rest assured that their teams, their products, and their customers, can expect extraordinary solutions, no matter the formulation.
